When creating an account, please select Representative as your role. This will allow you to perform the functions of both a Representative and Evaluator.
From your landing page, you may:
Complete the My Company section consisting of Basic Info and Billing. Invoices will self-populate after you purchase subscriptions.
Add your Contractor Information.
From the Project page you can set up new projects and view existing projects.

Keep track of all evaluations through the Evaluations page. Use filters to access individual projects, evaluations requiring approval, and specific submissions by individual evaluators.
View and manage your individual evaluator reports and integrated project dashboards.
As a Company Representative, you can also perform all of the functions of an Evaluator. To switch your role, simply navigate to the the 'drop down' menu in the upper right corner of your screen. Click and scroll to the bottom of the menu and select "Switch to Evaluator." If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at; firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive an email from email@example.com inviting you to evaluate a Project. Please click on the link to set up your account.
Once set up, you will receive a second email asking you to verify your credentials.
Once signed in, if you previously selected Representative as your role, please click the drop-down menu (top right), navigate to Active Role and click Switch to Evaluator. You can toggle back and forth between roles as necessary.
Once in the Evaluator role, you should see the Project (or projects) you have been assigned evaluate and your current/active evaluation (or evaluations) is (are) ready to be completed. Interval options (the frequency at which evaluations are to be completed) are pre-determined by your Representative. When the interval period elapses, the prompt automatically resets.
To submit an evaluation, you only need to answer questions that are relevant to the project Phase you are in. You can stop at any point, skip over any questions that aren’t relevant (or select N/A), come back to your responses later, and submit when you are ready to do so.
Be sure to click "Submit Evaluation" to ensure your competed evaluation is processed and forwarded to your company representative.
Filters allow evaluators to easily navigate between Phases, Categories and Criteria.
